IKOK provides software and related services for service businesses, including tools for scheduling, CRM, dispatching, invoicing, customer management, equipment history, automation, reporting, and integrations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use IKOK in violation of applicable law.

Some IKOK features rely on authorized third-party integrations, including QuickBooks. You are responsible for granting only the permissions you intend to grant and for ensuring that your use of connected data is lawful and authorized.

We may access and process connected QuickBooks or related business data only as needed to provide the integration features, workflows, and services you enable.

IKOK and its software, branding, and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. As between you and IKOK, you retain your rights in the business data you submit to or connect with the service, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, and provide the service.

IKOK is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IKOK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to the use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to IKOK if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or enforce these terms. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.
