Terms of Service

IKOK.IO is operated by O&C GLOBAL SERVICES LLC, a Florida limited liability company. IKOK provides software and related services for service businesses, including customer records, scheduling, quotes, invoicing, equipment, maintenance, communication and reporting.

These terms govern access to and use of the IKOK website and services. If you use IKOK for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it. A written membership or service agreement you enter into may set out additional terms for the purchased service.

A demo request, contact message or HVAC365 application starts a conversation. It does not purchase a subscription, approve a grant, authorize a charge or activate service.

Plan availability, included users and features, setup, any additional work, charges and subscription terms are confirmed through the enrollment process. Review the offered terms before accepting a membership. Feature requests and discussions do not by themselves create a commitment to deliver custom work or a particular release date.

Demonstration records, proposal prices and screenshot figures are illustrative. They are not customer results or promises of revenue, savings or performance. Equipment examples do not replace a qualified assessment or establish a final equipment match.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for authorized activity through your account. Use appropriate roles and permissions for your team, and tell us if you believe access has been compromised.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for having the authority to submit business, customer and employee records.

When using communication or payment features, you are responsible for the permissions, disclosures and authorizations required for your business’s messages and transactions.

Paid membership is billed monthly and renews each month until canceled. The 1 man show plan is $39.99 per month for one user; other plan prices are discussed with our team before enrollment. Review your agreed price, included services and renewal date before accepting a membership.

Cancel before your next renewal to stop future renewals. You keep access through the end of the paid monthly billing period. Membership payments are non-refundable, including unused time, except where required by law. A separate existing written agreement continues to govern any different terms already agreed with you. The HVAC365 program terms describe eligibility, approval, the awarded membership period and ongoing participation. The approved term is confirmed before enrollment. A grant ending does not create retroactive membership fees or automatically enroll the business in a paid plan.

As between you and IKOK, you retain your rights in the business data you submit, subject to the permissions needed for us to host, process and provide the service. IKOK software and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party names, logos and materials belong to their owners.

Some features use authorized third-party services, including QuickBooks and payment providers. Their availability, permissions and applicable terms may affect a connected feature. Grant only the access you intend to grant. Connected data is processed to provide the functionality you enable.

Our Privacy Policy describes information handling. Your organization’s own responsibilities toward its customers and employees continue when it uses IKOK.

IKOK is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any express written commitments, warranties not expressly stated are disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IKOK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunities arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse or enforce applicable agreements. Changes to these website terms are identified by the update date above; applicable service agreements may separately govern changes to purchased services.
