Who the program is for
HVAC businesses new to IKOK, operating for at least two completed years, with 3–5 daily active users. If you only used a trial, tell us so we can review your eligibility.
How your grant length is decided
IKOK determines the grant length after reviewing your application, from 6 months up to 365 days (one year). Your approved term is confirmed before enrollment. The team also confirms your membership scope, included users, and start date.
Charges and what comes next
The grant covers the agreed IKOK membership. Payment-processing charges and any agreed optional services, add-ons or usage fees are separate and confirmed before enrollment. There are no retroactive membership fees for a missed participation target. Moving to a paid membership requires your agreement.

Keep your payout connection ready
Connect your payout bank account through a supported payment provider during onboarding, complete the provider’s required verification, and keep the connection active during your grant. Do not send bank account details through this application form.
At least 2 active team members each week
At least 2 distinct, real team members must complete meaningful customer, job, quote, invoice, or payment tasks in IKOK each Monday–Sunday week, measured in your company timezone. Signing in alone does not count. Measurement begins with the first full week after the 30-day onboarding period. This weekly minimum does not replace the program’s initial requirement of 3–5 expected daily active users.
At least 10 customer payments each month
Record at least 10 legitimate, completed customer payments in IKOK per calendar month, measured in your company timezone, starting with the first full month after the 30-day onboarding period. Supported online payments and properly recorded offline payments count. Tests, duplicates, failed or voided payments, and fully refunded payments do not count. Do not artificially split payments to meet the minimum.
Stay in touch as you settle in
Join one short check-in with IKOK each month to discuss adoption, questions, and practical improvements. Keep your onboarding owner and contact information up to date so we can help when something gets in the way.
Use the program for real business
Provide accurate business and customer information, and only use data you are authorized to access and manage. The program allows one grant per registered business. Duplicate applications, shared identities, artificial activity, or fabricated transactions cannot be used to qualify for or retain a grant.
A conversation before a grant ends
A member of the IKOK team reviews participation; a missed target does not automatically cancel your grant. If a requirement is missed, we email you with the concern and allow 14 days to respond and agree on a recovery plan. You then have the next full applicable measurement period to meet the agreed targets. If requirements remain unmet, IKOK may end the remaining grant after human review.
Fair exceptions and clear boundaries
Seasonal slowdowns, severe weather, illness, or IKOK, platform, or payment-provider interruptions can receive a written exception agreed with IKOK. A review or exception does not extend your approved end date unless an extension is agreed in writing. Ending a grant does not create retroactive membership fees or automatically enroll you in a paid plan.
