The HVAC365 program is for HVAC businesses new to IKOK that have been operating for at least two years and have between three and five daily active users. Daily active users are the people who use IKOK during a normal workday, including the owner, office staff, and technicians. IKOK reviews each application and determines the grant length, from 6 months to 365 days (one year). The approved term is confirmed before enrollment; eligibility and terms apply. After a 30-day onboarding period: keep a verified payout bank account connected, have at least 2 weekly active team members, and record at least 10 completed customer payments each month. After a 30-day onboarding period: keep a verified payout bank account connected, have at least 2 weekly active team members, and record at least 10 completed customer payments each month. Participation and review terms apply. Weekly activity means two distinct team members completing real work, not just signing in. Legitimate online and properly recorded offline customer payments count toward the monthly minimum. Complete onboarding, join a short monthly check-in, and use accurate, authorized business records. IKOK reviews missed requirements with you, provides written notice and 14 days to agree a recovery plan, and allows the next full applicable period to meet it. Written exceptions can cover seasonal slowdowns, illness, severe weather, or platform and payment-provider interruptions. A grant ending does not create retroactive membership fees or automatically enroll you in a paid plan. Full definitions are in the program participation terms.
IKOK connects job information, scheduling, field activity, and customer communications. Job arrival and status notifications currently use email when configured. SMS arrival updates are planned and are not included as an available capability in this offer.
Start by telling us which system you use and which records matter most: customers, equipment, service history, open jobs, or financial documents. We will discuss the available setup and data-transfer options with you. The supported records, scope, and any associated costs should be confirmed before a move; an automatic transfer of every record is not promised.
